When Yevgeni first walked into a small outreach café, he wasn’t looking for answers - only food.

Homeless, rejected, and without hope, he told Igal, ‘Things could be better.’

He wanted nothing to do with Jesus. ‘I’m Jewish,’ he said. ‘I don’t even want to talk about him.’

But week after week, he came back. And week after week, Igal welcomed him, shared the gospel with him, and prayed for him.

Then God brought Yevgeni to a breaking point: stay on the streets ... or seek help. He entered a Christian rehabilitation centre and began daily Bible study, and something miraculous happened.

After reading about Jesus as the true Vine, Yevgeni said, ‘I want to be part of the Vine.’ That night, he bowed his head and trusted Jesus as his Saviour.

From a man who refused even to hear his name - to a man now rooted in Christ. Truly, no one is beyond the reach of Jesus.

But there are still so many Jewish people who are hurting, searching, and waiting for someone to tell them about the hope found only in Christ.
