Daniel met Tisha while handing out gospel leaflets on Boston Common. It turned out that Tisha is a former Muslim from Russia, now following Jesus, and his wife is a Jewish believer. They were looking for a church to attend, so Daniel helped them find a Russian-speaking one and began studying God’s Word weekly with Tisha.
Recently, they were out walking together when they saw a couple with a shopping bag covered in Hebrew writing. Daniel greeted them with a friendly ‘Shalom’.
The couple were friends Mishka and Bill, both from the former Soviet Union and Jewish. Both previously lived in Israel but have now moved to the States. As they spoke, the couple asked about Daniel’s occupation. Before Daniel could answer, Tisha jumped in saying, ‘He is a special missionary to the Jewish people!’
Instead of surprising them, this honesty turned the conversation spiritual. Daniel explained his work before sharing his testimony and love for Jewish people with the couple. Mishka and Bill began recalling kind Christians they had met and asked Daniel and Tisha questions about their faith.
After a while, their English began straining, so Tisha stepped in and shared the gospel with Mishka and Bill in Russian. By the end of the conversation, Tisha invited them to the Russian-speaking church, so they could hear more about Jesus.

Please pray that Mishka and Bill will accept the invitation to church. As Daniel and Tisha continue to witness, pray the couple will meet Jesus and be saved.
